Patient information
Do i need a referral to see a podiatrist?
No. Podiatrists are first contact practitioners so you may book in without a referral from your GP. Depending on your pain or condition, your podiatrist may contact your doctor or other health professionals to ensure you are receiving the appropriate assistance you need for your recovery.
Do you have hicaps and eftpos facilities?
Yes. We have HICAPS and EFTPOS facilities on-site so you can claim directly from your private health fund. Please contact your private health fund for more information about the podiatry and orthotic rebates you may be eligible for.
Note: To claim on the spot health rebates, you must present your health insurance card at the time of payment. Alternatively, an invoice can be issued to allow for self-claiming through your private health provider.
